How often?

Last night, as I was re-lining all my reels for tomorrow's tournament, I thought crossed my mind. I re-line after every weekend, or 4 trips (give or take for the occasional pond trip). So then I started adding it up, 7 reels, approximately 125 yards per reel......damn, that's a lot of line. Started doing a bit more calculating, on average, a spool of Berkley vanish is $15.00, two reels per spool = 3.5 spools. At first I thought is was a lot of line, then I figured the cost. I will continue to re-line as I currently do, with the exception of two day tourneys, but I though I would ask, how often do you re-line your reels, how many, and an average cost. I know as the number of reels I own goes up, so will my cost, but like the old saying goes, you gotta pay to play. Until next time: Tight lines
