Adirondack Getaway

Made the few hour drive to Cranberry Lake, nestled in the Adirondack Mountains to do some bass fishing with my father. The lake has some decent largemouth and a plethora or little 1 lb smallmouth. When you ran across them you couldn't keep your dropshot baits on. By the end of the day we had a couple of 3 lb largemouth, a few 2 lbers and a probably 30-35 smallmouth that ranged everywhere from 1/2 lb - 1 1/2 lbs. Fun day on a beautiful lake. Just before leaving we were in the back of a bay and a baby deer swam right past us on it's way to the other side of the mountains. Pretty cool. Thing was tiny. Caught our fish on XZone Lures - X Stiks, Yamamoto Shad Shape worms, and Spinnerbaits.
