YOU CAN TEACH A OLD DOG NEW TRICKS

today was a great treat for me. i finally after 2yrs a pickin his brain over breakfasts got to go out on the water with jay martin today. jays a very well rounded angler and always in the tops in the tourney trail. ive been on jay about teachin me deepwater bassing. im a shallow water guy and needed to learn deep . learning and listening and watching how one does things aint easy for a old guy stuck in his ways. at first i thought oh ya dropshotting is easy. thought i knew what i was doin. jay was catchin fish and not a bite for me. so i had my tempertantrum and all jay said was watch what i do. so i fallowed his lead and boom started producing fish. so if ya ever get a chance to go out with someone who knows there stuff make sure you listen and learn if ya wanna improve your game. we ended up have a great day with a few doz bass and a small laker. wanna thank jay for an awesome time and a well informed day. i still don't think ya have to worry about me takin any of your cheques yet jay lol key word was yet lol

Hey Scott my pleasure! We can all learn from each other. Just helps in having a better fishable day. Think that not learning/adapting is one of our worst enemy's on the water. We as humans can be very habitual and at times can lead to NOT a good fishable day.
