FALL COLOURS
after Fridays rains and cool temps I thought river cons would be prime for sat eve.
to my dismay the water were very low and gin clear.
but I drove down from Peterborough(live here now) so figured I might as well fish lol
glad I had my backwoods predator gear on. 60 k wind gusts and -8 chill didn't bother me a bit. fishing was extremely slow.
after 4hrs a nothing I was rewarded with this beauty brown.
as the leaves are changing there colours so are the fall bows.
heres a nice male with orange cheeks caught at sunup.
was a seriously tough go but that's fishin.
just keep at it and one day you'll hit paydirt :)
