VERSATILITY

Really had no plans of goin out today. but boredom kicked in around 11 so I said what the heck and went. got to the river at noon and least a dozen guys already there. so I read the water and look down and see 99% a guys using roe. no I can only imagine how many roe bags these fish have seen since sunup. so I toss on the old pinky and bam first drift a beauty bow. ended up being a decent day. got a few on other baits as well. the point is ya have to be versatile. 99% of guys just throw roe. sunup till sundown. yes roe does have its time and place. but being versatile will get you those few extras or in hard pressured areas. so don't be a roehead and try other baits. ya may be surprised. water levels crazy low this fall like matt mentioned. pray for rains lol
