NOT GOOD NEWS FOR CREEK
for those who fish the eastern tribs of Ontario and aint heard yet .
a tanker carrying diesel fuel had a crash and leaked 20,000 litres of diesel fuel into Wilmot creek.
thank god hazco is in the town over (bowmanville) and the response time was very quick for cleanup procedures .
not sure what the long term effect it will have on the creek and the fish but I wouldn't be havin shoreline fires for awhile.

I did hear about the accident but didn't know it affected Wilmot. I really hope the effect is minimal but I have a feeling it won't be.
