2nd volunteer BFL

I fished the second volunteer BFL on Chickamauga lake this past weekend. It was a tough day on the lake for all competitors. After almost a three hour delay for fog we blasted off from Chester frost state park to find most of the quality fish I found in practice had vanished. The lake was clear to stained depending on the area and 62 to 65 degrees. My co angler and I caught fish most all day in the 14 to 14 1/2 inch range just shy off the 15 inch size limit. I finally ended up catching a 4lber on a jig later in the afternoon. I ended up finishing 49th of 109 boats. I was pretty pleased with that considering 7lbs got a check and 15lbs won the event and several zeros Which is crazy considering the history and the size of fish in chickamauga. At the end of the day we had caught around 20 or so fish and we had a safe trip and had fun and that's what's it all about. Also in a positive note that one fish earned me points that moved me to 34th in the points standing. Good luck to all be safe and lots of tight lines to all

Great job man, 34 in point standings is great to be sitting in. Fish it to the limit brother, by season end you'll be in regionals, good luck!
