"Drilling" Holes

In today's age of mobile ice fishing, a traditional gas auger is becoming more of an inconvenience. They are expensive, heavy, you have to mix the gas, they generally leak over time, and let's not forget the fumes. Enter the Ice Auger Conversion Kit. Designed for most hand augers (it fits my Strikemaster like a glove) The conversion kit from K&E turns your conventional battery operated hand drill into an electric auger. Add the auger adapter to your auger, attach to your battery operated drill, and your ready to go. Also, included is a retainer plate so you don't lose your auger. Be sure to add this on to your auger before you start drilling your holes. I find a 20w lithium battery works best for me and my 5" auger. Typically I can drill as many holes as I need in a good day of ice fishing.
