Team Walleye Slayerz Report

Staffers Jordan, Aaron, and Danny spent a couple days filming a video report. The fishing was strong with plenty of eaters and overs. On the first day the staff focused most of their efforts tight along the weed lines in 22ft. Once the moon came out they pulled out the leadcore and trolled over structure. If you marked fish they bit. On day 2 staffers Danny and Jordan went out in search of post thunderstorm fish. They started out working a weed line with minimal results. Eventually they found bait fish stacked along a deep break in 30ft of water and of course the walleyes were following. A solid midday bite filled up the live well and they were loaded and home for lunch. Bait of choice by far was the golden shiner irresistible blade by JB Lures and the Red and White Ventilator blade tipped with a crawler. The Slick purple bangle #7 flicker shad remains HOT under the cover of moon light.
