ChiNootka Sound
Well, hit up Nootka sound last week. We mooched herring cut plugs. The pricey bait was worth it! We were hooking up on stop until we got our limit. No joke, non stop action. If you have never fished herring cut plugs in shallow water (10-20 pulls) you're missing out on one of the most exhilarating hook-sets a chinook has to offer. I could have been out longer but we ran out of bait and limits were reached. MOOOCHING.
