Charlotte Harbor flats and tarpon fishing

Spent Friday and Saturday in Charlotte Harbor, Florida, fishing the flats and tarpon fishing with friends from high school. On Friday, we fished the flats and caught snook, redfish, and Jacks on almost every cast. Loved the fight of all three species, but the redfish faught the hardest by far. On Saturday, we spent the day targeting tarpon. We had 10 hookups and landed two. I also caught an unexpected baby shark which was a fun surprise. An incredible weekend with great friends.
