Flooding - Oswegatchie River & St. Lawrence River

Access to the launches along both rivers are open but there is a ton of floating debris including ice, wood and items from peoples camps. The flooding has increased and is now coming over the river banks and covering roads around Heuvelton,Ogdesnburg, and Edwardsville. It's going to be a later spring to hit the crappie and perch run.
