2015 Updates and Clarifications

The Regional Cup and the National Classic are on the same weekend.
RC-3, Sturgeon Lake, Friday Sept. 4th
National Classic XIX, Sturgeon Lake, Saturday, Sept. 5th & 6th

Qualifying for the RC-3: Top 25 teams, not percentages, from each Region/Tour including the BM100s and last year's Classic Champions will advance to the RC-3. Qualification is based on combined points using all three events with the option to substitute one event with a Wildcard. BM100 qualifiers must use BM100 spec boat for RC-3.
RC-3 will pay back up to 15 pay spots.
A minimum of three events is required to qualify.
Competitors fishing with various partners in a region/tour may qualify as an individual.

Qualifying for the CSFL National Classic XIX: Top 50 teams from the RC-3 will advance and carry over their weight into the first day of the CSFL National Classic XIX with no additional entry fee. Top 25 teams after the first day of the CSFL National Classic XIX will advance and carry over their weight to the final day. The CSFL National Classic XIX will pay back up to 10 pay spots.

Team of the Year in each Division is based on the 4 events. 3 tour events plus the RC-3. Not including any Wildcards

Qualifying for Bassmaster Team Championship: Eastern, Central & Western Teams of the Year (TOY) will be given the first right of refusal to represent the CSFL. Should a TOY decline the opportunity, the position would then go to the runner up TOY within the tour and so forth until the position is filled. If a team is awarded TOY in more than one tour, the team will take the position from their higher points thereby opening a position in the other tour to the next highest ranking team.

All Canadian Team title is based on the team's qualifying event points determined by the field size including points from the RC-3 and the CSFL National Classic XIX.

Win a Qualifier & Advance to the 2015 RC-3. Teams must be paid in full for their 3 qualifiers by May 29, 2015 to be eligible to earn a berth into the RC-3.

CSFL Paybacks 1 pay spot for every 5 teams up to 50 boats and 1 additional pay spot for every 10 team (i.e. 10 pay spots for 50 teams, 12 for 70 teams, 17 for 120 teams and so on).

Big fish is included in your entry fee.

Lunker & Weekend Warrior is optional, managed by the CSFL on behalf of the anglers and is not mandatory.

No Membership Fee.

More reasons that keep the CSFL the first choice of tournaments.
