Bluegills are a prime forage target for Bass and Pike and are usually found in numbers where ever Bass and Pike are found. Slow trolling using 3 way drop shot rigs or split shot 24 up the line is absolutely deadly. Cast or jig using Carolina rigs, and rubber core sinkers.
