Ice fishing the Arctic.

The weather is getting warmer and the days are getting longer and I am finally able to move around more in search of a giant Laker in comfort. Took a long run down the lake and caught a few nice ones on the weekend. A small swim bait and a set line with a dead Cisco have been producing some nice fish so far. No giants yet but there is still 1 month of ice fishing season to go. It takes a bit for 5+ feet of ice to melt. Next trip out I am planning to go a bit further and see what I can find. It is always fun exploring new water each year. Fish On!
