Fergie Jenkins Celebrity Fishing Tournament

Wednesday Sept.10/14 was the annual Fergie Jenkins Celebrity Fishing Tournament. I had the honour and priviledge to fish with former baseball player Rick Miller, also a fairly experienced angler himself he formerly played for Boston and California. What an excellent day out on the Niagara River it was sharing fishing stories , I also learned a a lot about the game of baseball as well. It was a great day filled with a lot of great fishing, great comapny and a lot of laughs. We finished 4th overall for the day. The following night at Rockway Vineyards was the annual meet and greet, what a great turn out. I had the chance to meet with many of the former great athletes. I was able to spend more time with Rick and look forward to an opportunity fish with him again next year.
