Time of the year when the perch come and stage up in the reefs. Reports of anglers catching nice sized perch off of Haystack Reef and surrounding reefs. Garlic Island has been pretty productive as well. Bait of choice: 1/32 oz. green/pink jighead tipped with a worm, hellgramite or a minnow (plastics work too).
