Yellow Grub in perch

I have noticed for a few years, in many of the perch from Lake Couchiching, and just this year from Lake Simcoe, when I went to clean/fillet them, that quite a few of them would have little white/yellowish grubs imbedded in their flesh. Given that I love to eat these delicious fish, I just couldn't stomach the sight or thought of eating or feeding these parisites to my family, so every perch that had the yellowish grub looking parisites in them went to waste. Because it really bothers me to waste anything I bring home, I decided to look into these parisites and have found out that they are harmless to humans. Knowing this did not change my outlook, if there is one or two in the fish I will pick them out and still fry them up, but if they are just littered with them, then to compost they go. I have found an interesting article about these Yellow grubs check it out here: http://www.vtfishandwildlife.com/library/factsheets/fisheries/fish_health/Yellow_grub.pdf
