Endless

Like many of you I am a tackle junky! and get thinking when looking at all the new tackle every year, where can I try this? How will it do?. This year I was intrigued by the multi rig or umbrella rig and was also looking at going back to working crankbaits more often this year. I recently joined ABT Lures and they have gotten me sooooo excited for this year!!! I know a few fellow ABT anglers have posted about how to work this lure, but I have to tell you my mind is racing with ALL the posabilites you can do with ABT's multi rig. In my photos you can see you can take it apart and modify it to your local regulations. Very soon they are coming out with buzzbait blades and spinnerbait blades so you can use all the spots. I am thinking what it will be like using a couple of buzzbait blades and three swimbaits like they have in the video of different setups on ABT's website. You can also add a skirt to the head and and a few spinnerbaits as well. The other bonus is if a wire breaks you just replace the arm and NOT the whole thing unlike other rigs out there. For you anglers who like fishing 20-30ft water how would it be to be able to use a crankbait at those depths giving fish something really different then what they are used too! The X2-countdown crankbait has helped some Elite series pros win tournaments in the states using it last year at those depths. The King Dog is a great walk the dog bait and will enjoy using it and it's very easy to use. Go to www.abtlures.com and you can see a short video on it. Finally some of that old tackle will know be used to fill my multi rig and catch some nice fish.

You can even put 1/4 oz chatterbaits on it with willowleaf blades on top and boy does it look good.

Great ideas Scott, as you mentioned the possibilities are endless. Looking forward to your reports on them.
