HOW TO HAVE SUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS!

Hello Anglers! We have been getting a large amount of applications for Arsenal Fishing here on NPS. We would like to thank you for your interest and support with our new brand launch and supporting National Pro Staff on becoming a bigger outlet for anglers alike! There are a few things I would like to mention about application submissions that will most likely find you on the top, or selected for our pro/field staff positions. #1) In your NPS resume you must include all the areas they want you to fill out. That includes your contact information, past experience, achievements, boat and truck information, and ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. This last section is vitally important to us. In this area you should be adding "Why you are a good candidate for Arsenal Fishing", "Your work history or ideas on how you can promote and advertise our brand", and/or "Marketing Metrics, or Promotional numbers." This information will help us solidify a decision in a timely manner. #2) Having a full NPS profile will give you a huge advantage! Showing you are creating posts daily or weekly proves to us that you are committed to building your career and letting more people follow and believe in your name and actions. #3) Posting good pictures and videos! This shows you know how to use a camera, GoPro, any type of recording device, while being able to upload and get the content loaded online for others to view and look at. This is crucial to us. If you can't take good pictures and videos it will be hard for you to advertise with us correctly. #4) Your application will automatically be looked over or declined if you are currently sponsored by any soft plastic, jig or performance apparel brand. We need our pro-staff and field staffers to have 'no conflict of interest' by being affiliated with other brands that sell similar products in their catalog. We may look past the performance apparel - depending on the company you are with and their stipulations of sponsorship. #5) We are only accepting applicants that are serious bass tournament anglers. We are currently not looking for fly-members, muskie-pike anglers, deep sea anglers, or cat fish enthusiasts. Please, only submit an application if you are fishing in more then 10 bass tournaments in one season. *Note that "club level" tournaments do not count. #6) All members will be required to add our logo on their career/tournament jerseys. The logo placement will need to be on either of the uppers front shoulders, and also on the back. Our die-cut decals will need to be placed on your tow vehicle and also your boat. #7) All applicants that are accepted will need to place an order through our online shop for over $50 after your member discount is applied. Once we receive your first order - you will receive your Welcome Package that includes: a free hat, decal package, and neck buff. After your initial order, you will need to make at least 3 orders through our online shop throughout the 1 year contract period to keep your sponsorship in good standings. This is very normal for almost any introductory sponsorship through most NPS vendors. #8) We are looking for fun, sociable, and motivated individuals seeking to expand their bass fishing careers, and move up the ranks as quickly as possible. If you are just a typical recreational fisherman looking for discounts on gear - this is not the application for you. We are very excited to add memberships to the Arsenal Army. Some NPS members have received an Acknowledgement by now that they have passed the first round of screenings and will make a final decision by the end of July 2016.
