Homemade Walleye stew

Hi guy's are you tired to eat your walleye always the same way. Well you don't need to anymore. Try my new walleye stew its really delicious I mix a few ingredient together and (Pow) this walleye stew was amazing. I am a person that likes fish but not to strong on fishy taste ' So for me being a cook I made this amazing walleye stew ready to share with you easy to make and hope you like it. - 5 medium potatoes peel (cut in square) - 1 cup chop celery -1/2 of a medium sweet white onion -1 can of sweet cream corn - 6 Table spoon of golden dragon oyster sauce - 4 cup milk -one pound fresh walleye - salt - pepper -garlic powder - 3 Table spoon of Canada corn starch (to thick your milk) -1 Table spoon of butter - 1 pound of bacon First thing you do is cut your potatoes in square put in a bigger pot second take your one cup chop celery , 1/2 of your sweet chop onion and your oyster sauce put it all in the same pot. Fill up your pot with water just enough to cover your potatoes celery onion and put the pot on the side. Second thing to do is put your walleye on a cookie sheet make sure you put parchment paper before you put your walleye on the cookie sheet so it doesn't stick. Put salt pepper and garlic powder on your fish ,the way you like it and put it in the oven at 350f on till golden brown on top and flip it over. this process should not take long once your walleye is done take it out and let it cool down. Third thing is chop your bacon in square put it in the frying pan. Make sure its not over cook need to be soft. Once its cook put your bacon on napkin to dry it out and leave it on the side. Fourth thing is put your pot of potatoes to broil until it start boiling and drop it to med until potatoes are almost cook at the same time put your milk in a other pot and your can of cream corn also your 3 tblp of the Canada corn starch and 1 tblp of butter. Bring it to boil and put it on the side. For the milk you need to constantly stir your milk because it will burn the bottom of your pot. Once it boils it should thick up and at the same time look if potatoes are ready. Once your potatoes are ready mix in your milk your bacon and fish in the same pot. Leave your pot on med heat and blend all your ingredient together. Once your ingredient all in and mix taste it. Once you taste it is not salty are not enough pepper blend some in until its all good to your taste. Hope every fisherman try this its very good so enjoy and to the next time tanks for reading my walleye stew. Any question just send me a email and be glad to help you. al marin
