The C Word

I know that everyone knows someone that is dealing or has dealt with cancer. My grandfather, the biggest influence in my life had lung cancer back in the early 90s. He beat it but it left its mark on him until 2012 when it returned and he passed away. Now I have an uncle, another big influence on my life that is dealing with cancer. Because of their battles I have chosen not to smoke or do other things that could lead to cancer. As I spend a bunch of time on the water, I have chosen to start using something to protect my skin.
