13 Fishing Inception Reels

13 Fishing introduced the Inception line of reels last year at ICAST. At $120 you're going to be hard pressed to find a better reel. I fished them all of last fall and was really impressed. They come in 6.6:1 and 8.1:1 and weigh in at 6.85 oz. Two things really stood out to me about these reels; first, I could cast it a mile, and second its durability. I fished a lot of rough water on Lake Ontario, and they still look like they did the day I got them, like a compact stealth fighter. I switched between a lot of moving baits and different weights and no matter what I threw, it zipped it out there with no problems. The left hand model (pictured with a Bandit 700) is set to hit the shelves this spring.
