Years ago when NPS started we used to exhibit at tradeshows all over North America. These shows were always great but one day we decided to bring in a big spinning prize wheel to give away prizes to anyone that signed up on the spot. The wheel was super noisy but was a huge hit everywhere we went. The NPS booth was always packed with people signing up wanting to spin the wheel. Earlier this year in a meeting we were reminiscing about those days when people would line up like crazy to spin the NPS wheel then it hit us… let’s bring that excitement into the app!
