Gregor 12' Deep V conversion Bass Boat
A few picture of my Gregor 12' Deep V conersion powder by 2016 Suzuki DF15 55lbs Minn kota foot cotrol trolling motor, Hummingbird Helix 5 SI GPS gen2, build in 30 gal. live-well system with aeration auto timer, front and rear casting decks, and 7 storage compartments.

Started with a 1978 Gregor 12 foot welded aluminum boat with a 60" beam. Used 2"x1/4" square tubing for the main frame, with 1" x1/8 square tubing and 3/4"x1/4 C-Channel for sub-frame. 1/2" ply for decking. Sealed the deck with Patio restore/sealer rubberized paint with texture for a non-slip finish. The boat will run 21.7 mph (gps) with me and all my gear. I will be start re-decking and making a few minor changes to it after my last tournament of this year Nov 19, 2017. I will also be building a electrically actuated Jack Plate with 5-1/2" of set-back and 4" of lift.
