YETI FLW College tournament Smith Mountain Lake recap

Representing Adrian college my partner and I finished 13 out of 109. We fished out of a Ranger RT and caught just over 13 pounds. We focused on the north end of the lake. The water was dirty and the fish were gorging on shad. A Commando Tackle tomahawk caught all our fish in practice and on game day. The tomahawk is a vibrating jig with a football head, the football head allowed us to skip under over hanging trees to fish feeding on shad.
