Bite2Lite Review

I wanted to share this little lite with you guys. The Bite2Lite is at either completely goofy or total genius. After playing around with this clever little lite, I am officially going with genius. The concept is simple. Take a good quality led light and make it a touch better. By covering the lite with a strong rubber sleeve you now have a light that can be 'bitten' to activate. I know believe me. I said the same thing until i actually used it in a practical situation. If you have never put a flashlight in your mouth so you could use both hands while providing actual work light, then you don't do enough chores around the house. I have many times. The Bite2Lite makes this a snap. Held between your teeth and pointing its very bright bulb at what I was doing proved to me its genius. It's so small that it is very easy to activate and point exactly where my hands need to be. I now have one of these permanently stationed in my boat and truck. I also gave one to my youngest son for his zombie survival bug out bag. He pointed out that it would make clearing hallways and rooms easier with both weapon hands free. They don't say that on the packaging, but I concur that it would also serve that purpose. The only issue I had at all with this is not really a flaw just a suggestion. When doing downward facing work the 'tails' of the lanyard fell into the light making shadows. I just pulled the lite down to the bottom of the lanyard to eliminate that. Easy peasy.
