1st place on Lake Lanier!

The tournament I fished last week was a bit miserable but at the same time still had fun! Any time out on the water is fun regardless if you catch 20 pounds or get skunked! Managed to NOT catch the boat on fire so that was a plus! Today’s tournament was a little bit different... First off the freezing temps and whipping wind were brutal! Me and Russ targeted windy blown points with swimbaits and shakey heads, and early on Russ landed the first off a senko and from then on we had a pattern! Swapped over to drop shot and landed 8 total fish, 5 being keepers to make our limit for the tournament! We ended up finishing in 1st place with a total weight of 9.96! Watch out day time job.... my fishing career is coming for ya! ? All joking aside fishing is my passion and I just love being out on the water!
