Cero Mack

Just took a trip to the Bahamas ???????? . Lucky for me i was able to sneak away while the wife and kids were playing on the beach and catch these shredders! They fly through the water with incredible speed and are the best tasting in the mackerel family. It is even better than Wahoo! Notice they are very similar to Spanish Mackerel but instead of having all dots on the body the Cero have dots with broken lines. the meat is as white as it gets.
