NC Mountain Trout on a 13 Fishing Ambition Ultralight

Small clip of one of the catches we had out in the mountains of North Carolina. 6lbs test line is a little heavier than needed but, definitely gives you some added confidence when handling these guys in the current. The creeks are stocked regularly during certain times of the year. We typically go in November right after they stock and catch some beauties from 6-19" range with a few bigger ones available. It's catch and release with a single hook, no trebles, live bait or scented baits are allowed but, that won't stop you from catching your share of fish.
