Walleye

Hey guys, I finally went out fishing yesterday on the Outaouais River for Walleye. We got a nice 5 degrees and a bit of wind but still very comfortable. We left the dock at noon and we caught most of our fish between 3 and 5pm. We caught 14 Walleye ranging from 1 1/2 pound to 3 pounds. We were fishing on the other side of a rocky point where the current comes to almost a stand by. There are always a lot of bait fish there and as usual the walleye was there too. I put my Stradic on my Crucial Drop shot rod, The extra fast action tip is very sensitive and I was feeling very well all the bites. Even with medium power, the rod gave me the all the necessary backbone needed to land the fish. Very satisfied about that combo. What can I say about the Stradic CI4... Simply Awesome !
