First Ice Fishing Trip Of The Year

Hey everyone. I finally got a chance to go ice fishing with my dad on Wednesday! It feels like it has taken forever for some ice to form, here in Ontario, but we found one back lake that froze over! We went for some crappie. We had a blast, but it was a pretty slow day. We used some live minnows for bait. They alway do well. To keep us warm on the ice, we used the Little Buddy Heater. It works amazingly! It's the best heater I've had so far. Another good thing we had in the hut was a fish finder. I love knowing when there's a fish swimming around my bait. The best thing is that it's SO easy to use. We had a great time, and still managed to catch some crappie for a fish fry. Tight Lines, Anita
