Have you gained the edge?

Have you ever walked into a tackle shop and looked at the collection of scents on the market? Have you ever wondered why there are so many? Do you want to have an edge on the competition whether it be at your next tournament or just a fun outing with your friends? Well then I am here to tell you about my personal experience with Bio Edge Scents and how this scent has stacked up against the competition. Bio Edge Scents have a been around for a while but I was personally introduced to them at the Toronto Sportsman show earlier this year. The first thing that caught my attention was the simplicity of use that these scents offer. They come in a few dozen natural scents and are available in a liquid gel or wand form. The wand was designed to go on to hard baits and hold a scent longer then your typical spray on scents. After years of using such scents as yum and gulp on my hard baits I switched to a crayfish wand and the results speak for themselves. Not only do the fish hit harder and faster but they hold on just a few seconds longer which when I am tournament fishing ever second counts on a hook up. The scent does not leave an ugly residue on the baits surface and it will stay on longer then a spray scent as it is being directly pressed against the bait. This will result in more fishing time and more time in the water for your bait. The other form of scent is the liquid gel which has become a mainstay in my boat this summer. The one main difference between using a factory matched scent and using bio edge is that these scents have actual extracts from the real bait injected into the fluids creating the next best thing to the real thing. I was not a firm believer at first but as many of you have read my report in regards to my personal best 6 pound smallmouth bass that fish was caught directly beneath a school of minnows that stretched for a few hundred meters. That experience has made me a believer in this product and after reading this I hope it has made a believer out of you also. I plan on using the shiner gel in the winter on my streamers for trout while also trying out the many other scents through out the fishing year. If you haven't tried bio edge yet give it a go, you never know what may be lurking below the waters surface awaiting a tasty presentation.

IF you do any panfishing through the ice and temp bluegills or crappies through the hard stuff, get your hands on some BioEdge Bloodworm scent. We tested this formula extensively last year and without a doubt it made a significant difference. I've introduced a ton of guys who use BioEdge religiously now. Flat out - fish eat it! As we're moving into the cool-water period I once read some years ago that olfactory sensing often becomes more important in colder water with many fish species for a variety of different reasons. If you're not a scent user, there may be no better time than right now to give it a whirl? We've been smashing Simcoe's Perch using the shiner potion right now... and we're outfishing minnow dunkers with artificials hands down! Gotta love it...

Ditto to what has already been said. I use this product for black sea bass in place of real squid. Couldn't ask for better results!

Whether you use the solid chap stick style 'Wands' or oil base 'Potions', there is not a better scent on the market. 100% natural and there is no better way to match the hatch then utilizing BIOEDGE! In the upcoming days, I will post a little 'history' or 'facts' so to speak on the product. Keep the momentum going on the water guys.....as good as BioEdge is, there's no replacement for confidence on the water! Thanks, Craig
