New G.Loomis IMX Bass Series!!

So after an icy slide to work this morning, I notice a long square box in the receiving area. Shipper: Shimano! Contents: NEW IMX BASS RODS!!! After feverishly (and carefully) opening the package, I take each rod and do the shake and flex. Let me tell you about the beauty of G. Loomis. If you have a favorite fishing technique and a preferred lure or presentation, you now have 5 different price points to choose from! My personal favorite action "803" is a 6'8" medium to medium heavy available in spinning or casting, in GL2, Mossyback blend, IMX, GLX, and NRX. The beauty here is that all these rods have the same action, you just lose rod weight and diameter as you move up in graphite choice! The new IMX does not disappoint! Finished in black satin with crimson red metallic trim, these rods are truly feather weight! Hmmmm. Would these rods match up with Shimano's CI4 series of reels? OOOOOH Yeaaah!!
