Grund-L Custom Lures is a high end custom lure company based in Southern Indiana. Our innovative lure designs and high quality components are designed for people who take fishing seriously.
We're currently looking to add about 50 additional Prostaff to our team. If you think you would be a good fit for our brand, please apply today.
If selected we generally start folks off as Affiliate Pro's and go from there. An overview of our program is as follows:
Professional Sponsorship – Pro anglers who are currently active in regional or national tournaments and are looking to add Grund-L as their exclusive hard bait sponsor.
Prospective Pro Sponsorship – young professionals that are seeking product support sponsorships as they build their career in tournament fishing. Grund-L provides product support which includes the use of company logo and a product discount in return for brand and product support via appearances, contests and media formats, including social media outlets.
Affiliate Pro – fishing guides, fishing clubs, bloggers, or other Grund-L supports that would seek some level of product support. Grund-L provides product support which includes the use of company logo and a product discount in return for brand and product support via appearances, contests and media formats, including social media outlets.
Collegiate or High School Teams – teams that want to fish Grund-L products and are looking for product support which includes the use of company logo and a product allowance in return for brand and product support via appearances, contests and media formats, including social media outlets.
