and fun fishing. I began my tournament fishing years ago early/mid 80's, with the last tournament being a Red Man held at Watts Bar, on July 9th 1988, I place 34th. Do to work and family commitments I chose to put the tournaments on hold. 2018 has been my 1st year back at least the last half of the year as I missed the spring. I consider it a success, as I closed the year only 5 places short of my goal, having missed 2 critical tournaments. Made the Sate Team to fish the TBF semi-finals at Lake Cumberland. Fished many weekend local and week night jack-pot tournaments, placed in the money several times and even big fish on one occasion. I'm the owner/president of Joule Fire Protection, (alarm & detection system company). We Install, service, and inspect large commercial fire alarms, access control and security systems. The 2019 season looks bright as I have Joined the TBF again this year and will be fishing the Mountain and Volunteer Division of the BFL along with the many local tournaments I have a FULL schedule for 2019. 2019 Goals: 1) KBF- Kentucky Bass Federation AOY, 2) Win KBF State, 3) Win TBF Semi-finals 4) Qualify for the All-American. and 5) TBD.
