KATS - Midwest, 1st Event - Kent Lake

The inaugural season of KATS - Midwest Kayak Fishing Series got off to a start on May 14th on Kent Lake, an impoundment of the Huron River in Milford Charter Township, Michigan. We had everything, rain, snow, cold and wind but it didn't stop the 47 participants of the 1st leg of events put on by Summit Sports/ACK. With a Pro Division and Social Division offered for the series there is something for everyone. The winners walked away with cash and almost everyone else went home with a nice prize give away.
