Riverbank Eyes in the Spring

The walleye are running on the river! Made a day of fishing all the spots I could from shore that created either and natural or man made stopping or pinch point. First spot I fished was a section of rapids with a good sized natural waterfall. I made three casts with a 1/2 oz jig tipped with a twister tail along the fast current and landed two 20" fish in my first three casts. Twas a good day indeed.
