Fast Current,Head of the Pool

It was another part of learning trout fishing that allowed me to be a little more successful by fishing blind in some faster currents and the head of the pool. Being able to find the more actively feeding fish by trying to lead the float allowing the worm or nymph to drop and run with the current is one of many minor things you'll have to pick up on. However, with everything going good something has to go wrong right? After getting my worm baits from WFO the night before I was all gung-ho to show them off to a good buddy who came down to fish today, and after two fish and about 15 minutes of fishing, I ended up setting the hook into a submerged tree in a fast current and somehow managed to snap my rod in half. Was very disappointed in the product, however I will turn a lot happier if Bass Pro has any warranty on it. It's crucial I get one to do some more filming with! However, can't complain too much, fishings been great for me ! Stay tuned in for my trout edit! Garrett
