Giant Largemouth from Rice Lake

Spent a few hours yesterday exploring some weed-lines out on Rice Lake doing some filming for NPS. Didn't take me too long to get this giant and a few other 2-3 lb fish. The key was finding defined weed edges that stuck out like a point in 7-11 feet of water. This fish came on the new X-Zone Muscle Back Craw in Green Pumpkin. I was using a 1/2 tungsten weight which really seemed to give me the right fall speed to trigger bites. I really like this new craw for is shorter profile and density. It seems to really hold up well with a straight shank hook and seems to come through the grass really well. Pumped to have added a new bait to my arsenal. I highly suggest you give it a try!
