Threwdown some awesome Lionfish Sliders yesterday for the Lionfish awarenes and removal day. Lionfish are invading our gulf waters and killing our reef fish. They have no natural predators so we have to become the predator. There a great fish to eat actually. Very mild flavor and very delicate. Give them a try if you have a chance. You wont regret it!!!
