PRESS RELEASE Lefty Ray Chapa, a member of the G. Loomis Skeleton Crew will be one of the key presenters at the DESTINATION TEXAS FLY FISHING EXPO in Grapevine, TX on Sept 9 & 10. Lefty Ray is an award winning photographer and outdoor writer based in San Antonio, TX. He is one of the top fly fishing lecturers from Texas and can be found giving slideshows around to the country to various groups. Lefty Ray’s is a frequent contributor to Southwest Fly Fishing magazine and his work has appeared in other magazines like Newsweek, Texas Highways, Kayak Angler, Paddler, Shallow Water Angler, Fly Fishing in Saltwaters, Gulf Coast Fisherman, and Texas Parks & Wildlife. His work has also appeared in newspapers like the San Antonio Express-News, La Prensa, and Saltwater Texas. His slideshow topic will be “Fly Fishing the South Park Region of Colorado.” This will be an upcoming feature article in Southwest Fly Fishing magazine.
