Lotsalakers

This winter so far has been fantastic for ice fishing! It seems every time out there is a new little trick to get consistently hooked up however I haven't had a bad day out there yet. The whitefish are all over the place this year and it seems there are an endless number out there willing to play games all day. If I can give any advice to people struggling out there it would be to keep changing up baits, line and retrieve speeds till they tell you what the key is on each particular day. Last time out the fish were lethargic and had to be slowly convinced to bite. Last week they were fired up and would chase to finish.. It changes all the time.
