Skirmish Baits was founded by and is owned by Chris Turner, a military veteran with over 12 years of service who loves bass fishing and the outdoors. Chris enjoys taking other vets out bass fishing whenever he has the chance.

Skirmish Baits specializes in custom painted hard baits, at reasonable prices so the average fisherman can have the same quality custom painted lures as the touring pro. Dwain Batey at Bait Werks Custom Lure Painting paints all baits that are available for sale. Chris and Dwain, as well as the Pro Staff thoroughly test each model before it's released on the site; we only sell what we use ourselves.
