August Bassin 2019
Hello everybody on NPS! Recently I went to NE Ontario for a family vacation and for myself a big bass hunt like every season. I fish hard and try my best to figure out the bite for consistent 2-1/4lb to 3-3/4lb class fish. If I'm on little tanks all day I'm happy but the real goal is one 4lb+ fish every day and a bonus to get into multiple fish. My best outings were 17-18lb days with the majority of the trip ringing my best 5 a day being between 14-16lbs. As always I put together a badass video featuring both The Perfect Jig Tungsten Jig in the heavy sizes as well as the Megabass Big M 4.0, this magnum crank bait made fish react and eat during changing weather systems.
Crank Setup:
Shimano Compre Muskie 7'6MH/Shimano TranX 200HG
Jig Setup's
G.Loomis GLX954C FPR 7'11H/Shimano Metanium MGL 150XG
G.Loomis Conquest 905C MBR 7'6XH/Metanium MGL 150XG
22lb Sunline Structure FC Fluoro on both setups. 25lb Assassin FC on Crankbait rod.
