Great Slave Lake Pike

As most of you may know, I LOVE to fish pike, so being in Northwest Territories where some monster Pike have been caught is super exciting, for myself anyways. Since I've been at the Lodge, I've been wanting to go out for pike, but no one will take me! One day, one of the guides finally took me and that's all we targeted. After about an hour, I finally caught my first GSL pike! You know that feeling of being on cloud 9? That's where I was! Very few things in life can make me feel that happy, but catching my first pike on Great Slave is definitely one of them!
