Kawartha Walleye Slayer

The Balsam Walleye slayer! My favourite go-to bait for targeting kawartha walleyes for the past several years has been the 4inch Parrot and Dace coloured Lunkerhunt Bento baits, trailered onto a 3\8 Hair jig. The flash of the holographic mesh in the bento minnow really captures those fishes attention when riping these baits through the weeds and edges. they cannot resist. Managed 20 walleye between my partner and i in a span of 2 hours once i had found where they had been hiding all day. 95% of the fish caught were all in the slot but managed to weigh in a couple at the CBAF Kawartha Lakes walleye tournament on saturday .
