Goodbye steel.

Went out today and a couple days ago, fishing has slowed down quite a bit as most of the fish are upstream and starting to make there way back. It is right about this time every year that concludes my steelhead season, I dont get out too much after opener. it is always sad to see it go but cant think about that for too long...got the credit tourney and start thinking about pike! It was another great season, I should say seasons and cant wait for the fall to come back around to begin the madness all over again. The other day I got 3 early morning and today I got 2 and missed 2 including a biggin that wrapped me up in some fallen trees.
