Getting it Done

It has been a tough season for me! Most tournament anglers know that your just going to have years where your going to struggle. Getting it done as I refer to it is sitting back looking g at how your season has progressed looking at all the things you did right and all the things you did wrong, and coming up with a practice plan. Tri Lakes is ahead of me this weekend there is going to be a great hurdle to climb to get back into the Angler Of The Year Race sitting in 4th away from 1st by almost 8lbs! In this situation you have to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and spend time on the lakes doing your best to see what you can put together to do well enough to move up in the standings! I think I will look at areas outside of my comfort zone and strengths and try to build on that and see what I can put together one now those areas is fishing for Smallmouth and using slower more finesse style baits as well as doing some crank baiting to get some bites as well! I hope this gives you a perspective of my thoughts for the tournament and could possibly help someone to Get It Done!
