Braid VS Flourocarbon

BRAID VS FLOURO which is better? I have a simple explanation they are both better! BRAID it is extremely strong low to know stretch and super sensitive this line is excellent in heavy cover situations such as Flipping and Froging. I like to use 50lb and 65lb this might sound like piano cable but these lines are super thin and are the diameter of 10lb and 14lb respectively. I use these 2 applications when you need to get fish out and around heavy grass docks and submerged vegetation. If you haven't yet used it give it a try u will be amazed at the strength and sensitivity! FLOUROCARBON is a super strong low stretch sinking line which looks like Monofilament but is amazingly different! I use this line for all my sub surface and sinking baits like crank baits Jerk baits Swim Jigs ect. I find it keeps the baits in the strike zone much longer and gives you exceptional castability and strength as well. I typically use 10-12lb fest for Cranking and 14-17lb for Swim Jigs. I hope this helps put more fish in your boat!!

On their own or when used together, nothing stands a chance. I still shake my head at what I use to fish with as a kid growing up. Probably missed tons of trophy bites lol

Well said, that Thick stuff, like on Okeechobee, you need braid. places like lake Ontario, with crystal clear water you need flouro. They are each, the kings of there own domains.
